Please review the following TOPS enrollment information:

 

Application Process:

Thank you for your interest in TOPS - The Orinda Preschool.

Submit Application:

Send in your TOPS application with a  non-refundable application fee of $60. Download the TOPS application or call 925-254-2551 to request a form.

You will receive a postcard confirmation that your application has been received.

In January we contact all families on the wait list to make sure of your continued interest in enrolling for the coming Fall. Contracts are distributed in February, and in-person registration usually takes place in mid to late March. 

 

Target Dates:

Alumni Families:

Application Deadline: January 15th to receive sibling priority
Registration begins: Late January / early February with contact to wait list families
Contracts mailed: In February
In-person registration: Mid to late March for the following Fall session

New Families:

Application Deadline: Accepted at TOPS year round
Registration begins: Late January / early February with contact to wait list families
Contracts mailed: In February
In-person registration: Mid to late March for the following Fall session

All enrolled families are required to attend All About TOPS Night prior to the start of the school year. Date and times are published in the summer issue of TOPSECRET. One parent per family is required, both parents are welcomed to attend.

 

Tuition:

TOPS offers several tuition payment plans:

  • regular participation by the year, month or semester (5 months per semester),
  • reduced participation by the year, month or semester.

Monthly tuition for 2010-2011 is:

Regular Participation:

  • 2's program  $221.00 - 238.00
  • 3's program $236.00
  • 4's program $350.00
  • Developmental Kindgarten $595.00

Reduced Participation:

  • 2's program not available
  • 3's program $274.00
  • 4's program $395.00

Afternoon Programs:

Lunch Bunch 12-12:30pm $5.00/afternoon
Lunch Bunch & Playgroup 12-2:30pm $20.00/afternoon

 

Schedule a Tour of TOPS:

Tour schedule: 15 minute tours of the 2, 3 and 4 classes take place at 9:30 a.m. DK tours begin at 10:15 a.m.
